3. Vehicle Use

• Renters must comply with all local traffic laws, including speed limits and parking regulations.

• Smoking and pets may be prohibited in vehicles. Any damage or excessive cleaning fees will be charged to the renter.

• The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, except for normal wear and tear.

4. Insurance and Liability

• Renters are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period unless covered by insurance.

• It is the renter’s responsibility to verify and understand insurance coverage options offered by Express Rental or third parties.

• Express Rental is not liable for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the vehicle.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made within the specified time frame (outlined at booking) may be eligible for a refund or credit.

• No-shows or late cancellations may result in full charges.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Vehicle Pickup and Return

• Vehicles must be picked up and returned at the agreed location and time.

• Late returns may incur additional fees.

• Renters must notify Express Rental immediately of any accidents, theft, or vehicle issues.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, towing, racing, or off-road driving.

• Drivers under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited.

• Unauthorized drivers operating the vehicle may void insurance coverage and lead to penalties.

8. Privacy and Data Use

• Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

• By renting, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms
